Kenneth "Shiney" Eugene Zimmerman, 87, of Woodbury, passed away on December 13, 2018 at his home. He was born on November 21, 1931 in Martinsburg, son of the late Jacob and Ida (Brumbaugh) Zimmerman. On September 29, 1951 at the United Methodist Church in Woodbury, he was united in marriage with Dorothy Leone Bulger who survives. Kenneth served his country as a member of the Army in Korea. He was employed by Brown Motor Supply in Bedford and later, Martinsburg Auto Parts as a salesman. Kenneth enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates. He was a member of the Faith United Methodist Church in Woodbury, the Roaring Spring Masonic Lodge, the Scottish Rite, the Roaring Spring American Legion, and the Martinsburg VFW. He was preceded in death by his sister, Ruth Kline and brother, Wilbur Zimmerman. Surviving are his wife Dorothy Leone; daughter Jill Stonerook and husband Don of Martinsburg; daughter Beth Morgret and husband Duane of New Enterprise; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law Anna Ritchey and Rosalind Bulger; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Monday, December 17, 2018 from 10:00-11:00AM. At 11:00AM a Celebration of Life Service will take place with Pastor Mick Dawes officiating. All of the above will be held at the Faith United Methodist Church in Woodbury.
